Joseph C. Corpuz

During his 7 years of outstanding service in the U.S. Coast Guard, Joseph Corpuz worked in all areas of maritime security at the Chicago Regional Office, including the investigation, apprehension, and prosecution of over 200 cases involving violations of U.S. law under the Federal Administrative Act. The recipient of two prestigious Coast Guard Achievement Medals for his proven competence in the field, he also holds a secret clearance with the federal government.

Among his many achievements, Corpuz successfully performed a series of waterfront facility risk analyses, and developed prevention and protection strategies. He was also responsible for the design of protection methodologies during emergency responses to national disasters in accordance with the Incident Command System (ISC). In the realm of risk assessment, he consulted on security measures for numerous large-scale public maritime events as well.

Joseph Corpuz graduated with a B.S. degree in criminal justice from Lewis University, where he is currently pursuing a Master's degree in business administration and criminal justice.
