CEO's Corner

As we move into the last quarter of 2005, there are some items I would like to address to all the facility owners and operators out there. Time is running out!!! You have less than 3 months to have your annual Audit, Exercise and quarterly Drill completed. Do not wait until the last minute.
We have now trained over 500 FSO's and Alternates. We have conducted Audit's, Drill's and Exercises from Savannah , Georgia to Honolulu , HI to Boston , Massachusetts and all manner of places in between. Below is a summary of lessons learned from those Audits and field work.
Each one of these deficiencies subjects you to a Civil Penalty. Please correct these discrepancies before the Coast Guard Inspector arrives and subjects you to a Notice of Violation For our clients: follow your FSO training guides, utilize the Information Guide as a quick refresher and Fill out the Documentation Kit correctly. Stay on top of your paperwork, this will ensure that you will pass your inspections with Flying colors. Remember: Document……..Document……….Document…… Thank you!
